Return Policy

Vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from sale, the validity may be extended at our discretion and with the payment of an administration fee. Where a customer has booked a flight, and it has not gone ahead due to weather or operational circumstances, the validity period is automatically extended by another 6 months. Where a booking has been made and is cancelled within 24 hours of the flight or the customer has not arrived at our office on time, we reserve the right to declare the voucher void.

Vouchers are not refundable under any circumstances but they are transferable.
